- Attending classes is a risk that the student (or his/her parents) is aware of and assumes. During the class, the School is guided by the fact that the visitor has no contraindications for physical activity.
- The School subscription is registered in name and is not transferable, exchangeable or refundable.
- You buy subscriptions to a group of your choice with a specific instructor.
- Payment options: a single lesson; subscription for 4 lessons; subscription for a calendar month; subscription for 8 lessons.
- Subscription for a calendar month gives you the right to attend all classes of the group of your choice during the calendar month. Passes are valid from the 1st to the 30th (31st) day of the respective month. The minimum number of group sessions per calendar month is 8.
- Money for a purchased season ticket is not refundable.
- Recalculations, additional payments, refunds are not made. If a student has attended one class of his group, the subscription is considered to be used. In the case of absence (illness), monthly pass classes are not transferred and are not worked out. You can transfer a season ticket for 1 month, only if you have not been at any class of the paid period. The transfer is made only once and only for the next month.
- Pass for 4 classes is valid for ONE month from the first class. Skipasses are bought BEFORE the first class!
- Pass for 8 classes is valid for TWO months from the first class. Subscriptions must be bought BEFORE the first class!
- All membership discounts are available if you pay in advance (before the 1st day of the paid month).
- The client has the right to one free trial lesson in one of the groups, subject to pre-registration at the reception.
- The administration is not responsible for personal belongings of clients. In order to keep your valuables safe we suggest using lockers in the changing rooms. A $100 deposit is required to obtain a locker key. After the class with the return of the key the deposit is returned.
- Visitors are obliged to keep the School’s territory clean and public order, and to attend classes with a change of shoes.
- The visitor is financially responsible for the damage caused to the property of the School. In case of damage to the property of the School due to the fault of the visitor, the guilty party is obliged to compensate the cost of the damaged and/or lost property. The School administration determines the guilty party.
- It is forbidden to take photos and make videos without the approval of the administration.
- It is forbidden to use music and other technical equipment.
- The purchase of a subscription for classes at the School is a confirmation that the visitor is familiar with and agrees to these rules.
