Have you ever dreamed of living in a real castle? The Bellydance Superstars are proud to invite 10 lucky dancers to join them in an enchanting week of dance at the famous Chateau Marouatte. This all-inclusive retreat allows for 5 days, jam packed with Bellydance Superstar style training and inspiration for any professional dancer. The Chateau Marouatte is known for inspiring artists such as Cher , Marillion, Rick Astley, Carole King, Stewart Copeland, Jules Holland, Jeff Beck & Zucchero, to name a few fellow star.
Bellydance Superstars Kami Liddle, Petite Jamilla, Issam Houshan, Moria, and Sabah are offering a once in a lifetime opportunity for dancers to join them in an inspiring week of escape through dance!
Class size is small, allowing for personal attention and space to move. Each day allows for hours of focused training from 7:30am until 5:30pm in both a Cabaret and Tribal rooms. Kami Liddle and Moria lead a fast-paced all-encompassing curriculum that is a must for any professional Tribal Bellydancer. Classes include morning Yoga, American Tribal Stylings, Elements of Tribal Fusion, Costume and Make-up Preparation, and Group Choreography. On the Cabaret side, Sonia, Petite Jamilla, and Sabah will be offering classes on the elements of Cabaret Belly Dance including a well-rounded review of clean, precise, and advanced technique. Subjects such as Mahmoud Reda Style Oriental Ballet, Raqs Sharqi verses Raqs Beledi, Single and Double Veil, Isis wings, and other props and will be covered along with fusion stylings seen in BDSS shows like Bellynesian, Indian, and Latin Fusion. All dancers are invited to take part in morning yoga and Issam's Rhythms for Dancers workshop to enhance their belly dance training.
